Our goal is to contribute our skills to accelerating drug discovery. Working in early discovery, we partner with our clients to help them deliver new medicines to patients.

Our approach to software is driven by the user experience.  We handle all the complex data relationships, processes, and integrations.  We start and end with the user, they are central to our thinking.

Position Summary

Full Stack Developers at Simplicis have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our client’s business. You would work throughout our tech stack with a focus on the user experience and data integrity. You would design, develop, and maintain our core code and client implementations.  You would work closely with our Product Owner, Project Management, QA team and Senior Architects to deliver meaningful product improvements.

You would be focused primarily on new product development with some support responsibilities. You would also work directly with our clients to understand requirements, deliver configured solutions, and troubleshoot implementation specific issues.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Related Experience Required

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (science, technology, engineering)

·         Work experience – recent graduate to 10+ yrs experience

·         Implementing enterprise application using technology described below

·         Estimating work effort, communicate progress and roadblocks

·         Solve complex technical problems with support from Senior Architects

·         Committed to delivering the best user experience with clean UI and efficient workflows

·         Willingness to learn about the industry we serve, understanding our clients is critical.

·         Understanding of laboratory workflows, factory workflows, data integration management, automation integration

Technology

·         Blazor WASM/ASP.NET

·         RESTful architecture

·         SQL (Oracle PL/SQL or similar)

Benefits and Wages

·         Competitive compensation depending on experience, qualifications, skills and location.

Pay range for this roll: $61,000 - $113,000.

·         PTO allowance
